Job Description:

  • Graduate with relevant experience or fresher
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures, MS Office and basic accounting principles and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Assisting  office staff in maintaining files and databases
  • Assigning jobs and duties to office staff and monitoring office operations as needed
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
  • Tracking office supply inventory and approves supply orders
  • Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Maintaining staff confidentiality
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies is an added advantage
