Job Description:

  • Graduate with relevant experience or fresher
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
  • Following up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client
  • Assess and produce reports of the progress within the department and accurately analyze and asses statistical data to develop Sales strategies accordingly.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and giving after sales support when requested.
  • Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that tracks sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
  • Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products
  • Liaising between other departments and the client to bring in additional help to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs.
  • Assisting the marketing department in new marketing campaigns
