Suppose an employee has 2 level approval process and he / she has applied leave for a certain period. First level manager has approved his / her leave but Second (Final) level approval has not approved. How this can be identified?
In Approve / Reject Screen, you have Status as Submitted, Approved by (Approval level manager)
Submitted denotes the employee those who have submitted their leave (pending for approval)
Approved by (approval level manager) denotes the employees who have approved their subordinate leave application.
After final level approval has been done, then the leave can be viewed in the Cancel Leave Screen.
